Alistair Rennie
Vice President, Development and Technical Support
Lotus Software, IBM
Alistair Rennie is responsible for the development of all IBM Lotus Software and IBM WebSphere Portal product families. Alistair also leads worldwide technical support responsible for software customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Alistair led IBM Software Services for Lotus software, a global technical organization consisting of over 800 highly skilled technical consultants working in more than 35 countries, helping customers realize value from the Lotus software portfolio. Alistair joined IBM at the Toronto Software Laboratory in 1989 and has held a number of executive roles within IBM software, primarily focused on the introduction of new technologies.

Andy Pedisich is President and Principal Technical Consultant at Technotics, Inc. (www.technotics.com) located in Narberth, Pennsylvania. Technotics offers custom Lotus Notes and Domino consulting and service plans. Andy’s recent projects have included upgrades and migration from Wintel–based Domino 6.5 to Linux–based Domino 7.0.2 and customized solutions for server monitoring and cluster management. Andy has implemented Notes upgrade projects for major corporations for every version since V2. He is proven as a highly rated speaker and instructor and contributes to LotusUserGroup.org. Andy is an IBM Certified System Administrator, a Microsoft Certified Professional, and a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
Paul Mooney is Senior Architect at Blue Wave Technology (www.bluewave.ie/opencms/) in Dublin, Ireland. Blue Wave Technology provides e-business solutions to organizations throughout the UK and Ireland. Paul has been involved in IBM technologies for 11 years and is regarded as a world-class administration consultant and trouble-shooter. He has spoken at Lotusphere, DNUG, and VIEW events; contributes technical articles to LotusUserGroup.org; is a founding member of the Irish Lotus User Group; and has a blog (www.pmooney.net) that provides Domino, WebSphere, and Blackberry admin tips. He is a Certified Lotus Instructor with additional certifications in Notes R3 to ND8, WebSphere, Portal Server, and DB2.
Chris Miller is Director of Messaging and Collaboration at Connectria in St. Louis, Missouri. Connectria (www.connectria.com) provides IT infrastructure solutions to large and mid-sized organizations worldwide. Chris has been working with Domino administration since 1994, has spoken at numerous Lotuspheres, and is a highly rated VIEW speaker. He is a Certified Lotus Professional (CLP) in Domino 7; Principal Certified Lotus Professional (PCLP) in ND6, R5, R4, and Collaboration; and a Certified Lotus Instructor (CLI).
Rob Axelrod is Vice President of Technotics, Inc. (www.technotics.com) located in Narberth, Pennsylvania. Technotics offers custom Lotus Notes and Domino consulting and service plans. Rob is a technical architect for administration, security, application development, and infrastructure design for collaborative and messaging environments. In 1993 he became one of the first instructors in the country to be certified by Lotus Development to train Lotus Notes V2. He has trained thousands of administrators and developers in best practices for Lotus Notes and Domino. Rob is a highly rated VIEW speaker, whose certifications include Principal Certified Lotus Professional, Certified Lotus Instructor, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Bob Balaban has been a software development professional for more than 25 years and currently works for Binary Tree as Vice President of Research and Development. Prior to that, Bob joined Lotus Development Corp. in 1987 as a software engineer, began working for Iris Associates on what became Notes 4 in 1993, and authored the “back-end classes” for Lotus-Script and Java. From 1997 to 2005, he was President of Looseleaf Software, Inc., a small IBM consulting, development, and training company. Bob then re-joined IBM in 2005 where he worked until joining Binary Tree in early 2008. He has spoken at numerous industry events, including VIEW events and all but 4 of the 15 Lotuspheres.
Jamie Magee is a founding partner at MartinScott Consulting (www.martinscott.com) headquartered in McLean, Virginia. MartinScott Consulting is a software consulting and development firm that specializes in Lotus Notes and Domino, and IBM WebSphere. Jamie has been developing complex Lotus Notes and Domino applications for commercial clients in all industries since 1994. From 1996 to 1999, he was a Principal Software Engineer in IBM’s Lotus consulting division where his clients for companies included IBM, Bell Atlantic, The World Bank, and MCI. While at Lotus, Jamie developed portions of Lotus’s www.lotus.com intranet and extranet Web sites. He is a member of the Penumbra Group and holds several Lotus developer certifications.
Franziska Whitlock is the Technical Solutions Director at Wave Technology, Inc., based in Anguilla, British West Indies. Born and raised in Switzerland, Franziska has been a passionate technologist, consultant, administrator, instructor and speaker for over ten years, improving systems, processes and teams through best-practice knowledge transfer. She is a frequent speaker at technical conferences, including Lotusphere and multiple VIEW events, and works with all Lotus and WebSphere brand products.
Susan Bulloch has worked for IBM Lotus Software for 7 years in support and development positions. Susan currently works in the ISV Business Partner Technical Enablement group. She has worked with Lotus Notes and Domino since 1992 as an administrator, instructor, developer, and architect in banking and utility industries. Susan has a degree in engineering, holds certifications in all current product releases, and is actively involved in Beta versions of new IBM products. Susan is a frequent speaker at technical conferences, including Lotusphere and various conferences by the VIEW.
Jess Stratton is the principal consultant for Solace Consulting Services. She has over five years experience with Lotus Notes & Domino, specializing in both administration and development. In addition to Notes and Domino, Jess also has a residential computer consulting practice that specializes in networking, repairing, and end-user education. Jess has written two articles for e-Pro magazine, and has a history in speaking for THE VIEW.
